Impressive Attention to Details. I was impressed that the artist worked with me through numerous (6?) edits until I was completely satisfied with how all three ladies looked. I am looking forward to presenting it to my daughter for her 40th birthday next month. It will be a great keepsake of her posed with her two daughters.

Turn me Royal - awful service. This is the 3rd picture I have ordered from Turn me Royal. The first two were fantastic. The recent one is awful. It looks blatantly like two super imposed oversized heads and not remotely blended to look like a seemless painting like my other two. After many emails back and forth, the company now want me to return the portrait back to America from the UK and pay for postage. What are they going to do with it?! I'm not wasting my time doing that! They offered to do me a new portrait at an extra cost of £30 for shipping. I've already spent £90 on this picture which is not fit for the gift it was intended for. I offered to pay half the postage but Turn me Royal are being extremely unhelpful. I approved the review via email of the tiny image viewed on my phone it looked fine but in the flesh, its awful. I'm now £90 out of pocket with an awful picture that will go in the bin.

2nd chance I want to change my review to a five star service. The first time I gave it a three star only because it came damaged in the box but you have been more than willing to go overboard to make things right and I want to thank you all for my portrait of my beautiful wife. Beware CANCELLATION FEE Beware this company! Their official "Return Policy" states clearly that there will be "unlimited free revisions" and 100% satisfaction with "full refund". After three revisions, my portrait looked nothing like the photo, and I requested a full refund. Back and forth through several emails, no talk of refund. Finally they offered me a partial refund because of a "cancellation fee". What? ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION OF A CANCELLATION FEE in their stated Return Policy. I have turned this over to my credit card company. I am still getting emails from TMR trying to say they mention a cancellation fee somewhere else on the site. Irrelevant. No fee is mentioned under the stated Return Policy section.
