Turn me Royal - awful service. This is the 3rd picture I have ordered from Turn me Royal. The first two were fantastic. The recent one is awful. It looks blatantly like two super imposed oversized heads and not remotely blended to look like a seemless painting like my other two. After many emails back and forth, the company now want me to return the portrait back to America from the UK and pay for postage. What are they going to do with it?! I'm not wasting my time doing that! They offered to do me a new portrait at an extra cost of £30 for shipping. I've already spent £90 on this picture which is not fit for the gift it was intended for. I offered to pay half the postage but Turn me Royal are being extremely unhelpful. I approved the review via email of the tiny image viewed on my phone it looked fine but in the flesh, its awful. I'm now £90 out of pocket with an awful picture that will go in the bin.

2nd chance I want to change my review to a five star service. The first time I gave it a three star only because it came damaged in the box but you have been more than willing to go overboard to make things right and I want to thank you all for my portrait of my beautiful wife. I had a truly great experience ordering… I had a truly great experience ordering my portrait. It was so much fun! I was surprised at the short time between placing my order and the time I received it. A matter of about 3 weeks! The quality was amazing, and my daughter & son-in-law loved it. We all laughed and laughed. They have placed in a perfectly prominent place in their home! I will be a repeat customer!

DO NOT ORDER DO NOT ORDER Use your phones edit option for better end result....very disappointed.......what worst could it be when Mother could not recognize her daughter in the preview they provided......my 10 year old can do better editing then their professionals......face and body did not match.......not worth hundred and thirty British pounds.....ALSO if I cancel the order they will charge 20% of the order.....saying AS PER THE POLICY
