GB18th Birthday!! Satisfied with the product and it did arrive on time. Most companies text when a package has been delivered. You might want to consider this in the future. I didn’t like not knowing if it did arrive at my grandson’s school.

GBI was expecting delivery on the 15th I was expecting delivery on the 15th. I understand the note says earliest. I misunderstood. The balloons hit the dock at 10:30 am but were not delivered until after the recipient was released. I wasn’t expecting him to be released. So disappointed

GBFive Stars All Around! Exceptional service and fast delivery - the balloons arrived the next day! The prices were very economical as well, and there are a variety of balloons to choose from. This is my second time ordering from Balloons in a Box, and I would gladly order from here again.

INThe balloons were deflated and nothing… The balloons were deflated and nothing like promised. They packaged the balloons in Colorado (which is at a higher altitude) and the destination was in Portland, OR. Hence, they were deflated.
