Sent this to my mom and… Sent this to my mom for her 70th and used the option to record a message. She LOVED it and was so excited about the brightly colored box. The balloons came out nicely and have nice long strings, attached inside the box so they didn’t fly away. Very happy!

Wish you could deliver on shorter… Update: I wasn’t expecting follow up but next day after posting this review customer service reached out and made amends! Appreciate that so much even though I was really just making a review not looking for refund or anything. Original review; Wish you could deliver on shorter notice since I ordered 2 weeks in advance of the occasion . And where do you put the greeting message to the recipient? My recipient looked all over the packaging, on the attached little card- they found no message and did not know who even sent them the balloons!

Updated: Order was wrong, was late and poor quality Customer Service has corrected the situation by refunding my money and apologizing. A very appropriate response to my complaint. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because of the Company’s response although my friend was still disappointed. I ordered 2 balloons and we got 5. They were only partially inflated. You sent chocolate which I didn’t order. The card was not signed with my name although the Website said to not include one’s name on the message as it will be included from a separate name field which I filled out. I asked for it to be delivered on Feb 13. It was delivered on Feb 14. Sorry to give you a bad review.

It was a fun surprise to send to my… It was a fun surprise to send to my daughter for her birthday!!! One of the balloons was already deflated but overall it was a great gift and arrived on time. :)
