Customer service is non existent !! Order number ORDER MC#1641278 Order 2 x blankets with different photos - I received 2 x blankets with the same photo ! Contacted macorner who replied and said they would send replacement if o covered cost of shipping. I was told to re-order, pay full price, email them my new order number and they’d refund - less shipping ! I have been charged full price and despite multiple emails chasing I have not received any response for 3 x weeks. Terrible company to deal with - do not use !!

not an everyday item.. Macorner is different because of all their different items you dont find every day..some are little but really cute..you can create your own family from pictures or from color, hairstyles & clothes that you pic out yourself..my siblings were amazed with their Christmas ornaments that I had made.. Even if a loved one has passed on, you can put wings on them & have them around as long as you have that ornament..this company is awesome!

Good people, good company and great service! I saw an item on the website for daughters and wanted it for granddaughters. I emailed customer service and immediately they emailed, created one for granddaughters and sent me the link! I customized them and ordered. Just got them! LOVE them. My friend saw them and wanted to order one for her granddaughter. I emailed customer service and they immediately sent another link for her! This is a “stand up” company and would never hesitate to order anything from them!
