GBHorrible quality worse customer service Ornaments arrived - HORRIBLE quality: so blurry and pixelated. Reached out to customer service multiple times and they do not respond it’s been almost two weeks. When they did finally respond they asked for pictures which I already provided. Then offered replacement and it’s way past Christmas now so that’s not helpful and now no response again. They are horrible don’t order from them.

GBDecided to give it a go, VERY pleased i did! I seen this come up as an advert on facebook, and one of the products really caught my eye, the one where you could put your childs face on the car with the drive safe wrote on the door. I considered purchasing a few times, and kept looking at the reviews and wasn't fully convinced, but decided to take the plunge, and honestly, i am SO glad i did. It's amazing, so well designed, manufactured and looks amazing. The order experience was really easy, just uploaded a photo and they did the rest. I know must people are here to share negatives, but this was amazing from the beginning, keeping me updated on the progress of my order. Would purchase from again.

GBGood people, good company and great service! I saw an item on the website for daughters and wanted it for granddaughters. I emailed customer service and immediately they emailed, created one for granddaughters and sent me the link! I customized them and ordered. Just got them! LOVE them. My friend saw them and wanted to order one for her granddaughter. I emailed customer service and they immediately sent another link for her! This is a “stand up” company and would never hesitate to order anything from them!

GBMacorner refused refund for broken item… I ordered two photo Christmas ornament balls as gifts. One was broken, the other had so much “snow” stuck to the photo that you couldn’t see it. I submitted refund ticket with the photos and details Macorner requested via email. I kept getting a runaround until Macorner stopped communication. I got no refund for broken item. Macorner sent a video showing how to tap the ornament to settle the snow. That didn’t work either. Macorner is frustrating to deal with and refused refund for broken item.

GBBrown belt I ordered a Brown belt, I thought they had sent me a black one so I had sent them an email to correct my order. Not only were they quick to respond, but they were so kind and willing to fix the mistake. The mistake was mine, the brown was just a little darker than I expected. It is a beautiful Brown though, I love it! All around great service.
