I would rather give 0 stars !!! Why can Macorner reply to positive feedback so promptly but cannot acknowledge negative feedback ???????????? I would rather give 0 stars !!!! Customer service is non existent !! Order number ORDER MC#1641278 Order 2 x blankets with different photos - I received 2 x blankets with the same photo ! Contacted macorner who replied and said they would send replacement if o covered cost of shipping. I was told to re-order, pay full price, email them my new order number and they’d refund - less shipping ! I have been charged full price and despite multiple emails chasing I have not received any response for 3 x weeks. Terrible company to deal with - do not use !!

Horrible product representation Horrible product representation. When I tried to cancel the order minutes after placing the order, I had to fil out a "ticket" which was obviously ignored. Product arrived 4 days AFTER Christmas when promised Christmas delivery. No phone number available to speak with a rep. DO NOT deal with this company! You will not get what you think you have ordered!

Good people, good company and great service! I saw an item on the website for daughters and wanted it for granddaughters. I emailed customer service and immediately they emailed, created one for granddaughters and sent me the link! I customized them and ordered. Just got them! LOVE them. My friend saw them and wanted to order one for her granddaughter. I emailed customer service and they immediately sent another link for her! This is a “stand up” company and would never hesitate to order anything from them!

Excellent Customer Service I placed an order and it was returned to their warehouse. I emailed their customer service, they were very helpful and considerate. They resent my order to me, I received it today and it is exactly how it looked online. I’m sure shipping isn’t cheap but they resent my order without any fees. Amazing customer service and products.
