GBNot a way to start new years rise… Yesterday i tried to buy a ebay giftcard since they had a 15% discount. Never got my card but they removed the charge from my back and froze my account for no reason i used apple pay to pay for the giftcard card was in my name and everything ive read they just freeze new accounts and thats why some of their users cant sell there unwanted giftcards because they are banning every new user Update: they fixed my account and gave me 20$ credit cant wait to start saving (:

GBAmazing option to have while shopping I'm a big fan of what Raise offers. It's great to be able to find a discounted gift card for a store where I'm planning to shop. The UI is solid, easy to understand and use. Sometimes the buying flow can feel like a few too many clicks but I know buying gift cards requires some extra security measures. GBDon't use this 3rd party company I purchased a $300 Air Bnb gift card for a family member, and when they went to use it, the balance was zero. After their "guarantee period" despite having proof of purchase, proof of receiving the e-card, the access codes etc., the company has made the funds unavailable on the e-gift card, and reports they cannot help. Very disappointing experience.

GBPoor customer service and support Purchased 2 gift cards for cold stones ice cream both did not work. Immediately reached out and have not recieved any response or support and it's been a week. They are quick to take your money but will take forever to respond to solve a problem. They say they offer your money back guarantee if the giftcard purchased doesn't work well, that is definitely not the case.
