I bought an $100 eGift Card for Online… I bought an $100 eGift Card for Online Only purchases at Personalization Mall. When trying to use the eGift Card, Personalization Mall stated I had to call their Corporate Office to use the eGC's. Upon doing so, the vendor (PM) said the eGift Cards have wrong codes and would not accept. I have alerted RAISE 3 times and have uploading photos of the problems. RAISE has NEVER responded to any of my "problem tickets." I used to use RAISE 10-15 times a year... Never Again! I'm out $100!!!

Not a way to start new years rise… Yesterday i tried to buy a ebay giftcard since they had a 15% discount. Never got my card but they removed the charge from my back and froze my account for no reason i used apple pay to pay for the giftcard card was in my name and everything ive read they just freeze new accounts and thats why some of their users cant sell there unwanted giftcards because they are banning every new user Update: they fixed my account and gave me 20$ credit cant wait to start saving (:

I have been using Raise for years I have been using Raise for years to purchase gift cards. Yesterday I purchased a Ace Hardware gift card that was invalid. I contacted customer support and today they advised they would credit my credit card and apologized for this incident. This is the first time in years I received an invalid gift card from them. I will continue to use them as they are a reputable and trustworthy company.
