GBHORRIBLE SELL EXPERIENCE Part of Raise sell process was to upload a copy of my driver's license, front and back. They send a text to start the upload process. Twice, I uploaded it and it was marked success by the software and then I get a message from Raise that they cannot read it. Of course, it takes hours between messages because they don't offer a phone number. I used a different company for this.

GBRaise is a thieving company Raise is first to tell that they have a year guarantee but what they fail to tell is if you let your card go past that year your card will all of the sudden have a zero balance or suddenly the card can’t be found. They won’t tell in their advertising that they take the value back if you don’t spend it within a year which I think they should be made to state it in their advertising. A product you buy may come with a years warranty but typically the don’t come steal your lawnmower after the year, a gift card should be no different. It’s amazing how they use tricks to steal your money from you and they will always use their advertising slogan of a years warranty. They won’t admit they steal it after the year though.

GBDon't use this 3rd party company I purchased a $300 Air Bnb gift card for a family member, and when they went to use it, the balance was zero. After their "guarantee period" despite having proof of purchase, proof of receiving the e-card, the access codes etc., the company has made the funds unavailable on the e-gift card, and reports they cannot help. Very disappointing experience.

GBI have been using Raise for years I have been using Raise for years to purchase gift cards. Yesterday I purchased a Ace Hardware gift card that was invalid. I contacted customer support and today they advised they would credit my credit card and apologized for this incident. This is the first time in years I received an invalid gift card from them. I will continue to use them as they are a reputable and trustworthy company.

INSCAM I purchased a Panera Bread gift card (Card ID: Z9661-8915-6468) with a value of $50 from their website. However, when I attempted to use the gift card, I discovered that the balance was $0. Immediately, I reached out to Raise's customer support team to report the issue and seek a resolution. Despite my efforts to contact them, it has been three days since I raised the complaint, and I have not received any response from their team. This lack of communication and timely support is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. I plan to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company if I do not receive a satisfactory resolution or the product I paid for by the end of this week. Run!
