I contacted customer support and today they advised they would credit my credit card and apologized for this incident. This is the first time in years I received an invalid gift card from them. When trying to use the eGift Card, Personalization Mall stated I had to call their Corporate Office to use the eGC's. Upon doing so, the vendor (PM) said the eGift Cards have wrong codes and would not accept. I have alerted RAISE 3 times and have uploading photos of the problems. RAISE has NEVER responded to any of my "problem tickets." I used to use RAISE 10-15 times a year... Never Again! I'm out $100!!!
