INSCAM I purchased a Panera Bread gift card (Card ID: Z9661-8915-6468) with a value of $50 from their website. However, when I attempted to use the gift card, I discovered that the balance was $0. Immediately, I reached out to Raise's customer support team to report the issue and seek a resolution. Despite my efforts to contact them, it has been three days since I raised the complaint, and I have not received any response from their team. This lack of communication and timely support is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. I plan to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company if I do not receive a satisfactory resolution or the product I paid for by the end of this week. Run!

USSo I made an account and sent them my… So I made an account and sent them my license to verify myself and all was good until apparently I sold to many gift cards cause now when I went to withdrawal my money they locked my account and refuse to answer any of the emails I’ve sent them. Here’s the kicker-they don’t have a phone number for you to call either! Also contacting the bbb!

USI bought an $100 eGift Card for Online… I bought an $100 eGift Card for Online Only purchases at Personalization Mall. When trying to use the eGift Card, Personalization Mall stated I had to call their Corporate Office to use the eGC's. Upon doing so, the vendor (PM) said the eGift Cards have wrong codes and would not accept. I have alerted RAISE 3 times and have uploading photos of the problems. RAISE has NEVER responded to any of my "problem tickets." I used to use RAISE 10-15 times a year... Never Again! I'm out $100!!!

USPoor customer service and support Purchased 2 gift cards for cold stones ice cream both did not work. Immediately reached out and have not recieved any response or support and it's been a week. They are quick to take your money but will take forever to respond to solve a problem. They say they offer your money back guarantee if the giftcard purchased doesn't work well, that is definitely not the case.
