I contacted customer support and today they advised they would credit my credit card and apologized for this incident. This is the first time in years I received an invalid gift card from them. Never got my card but they removed the charge from my back and froze my account for no reason i used apple pay to pay for the giftcard card was in my name and everything ive read they just freeze new accounts and thats why some of their users cant sell there unwanted giftcards because they are banning every new user Update: they fixed my account and gave me 20$ credit cant wait to start saving (:
