GBWaste of time… Ordered a thing for my wife as it looked nice, I mistakenly Ordered 2 but they to their credit refunded one, now several emails and 11 days later I have asked for a full refund as its not going to be here for Christmas, so I will be watching my bank account for refund going back, so disappointing Steven

GBI ordered 2 ornaments the 1st of… I ordered 2 ornaments the 1st of November, in which I still have not received as of January. I paid 42.00 for 2 ornaments, the ornaments are 2 inches tall. Bakven sends me a email that I need to send them 12 more dollars for shipping. I gave them the right address to mail, they said it came back to them. All I want is my ornaments.

CAPlaced an order March 27,2024 for a… Placed an order March 27,2024 for a keychain of my beloved dog that passed away. On March 31 I received an email with a tracking #. On April 8 I checked to see where my product was, well to my surprise it was still in China. I contacted the company and they told me it was being shipped ASAP, so me being curious I asked why the tracking number of it wasn’t shipped yet. Their response was “ We regret to inform you that there has been an issue with your order. The investigation shows that the item is missing due to negligence on the part of our production team” On April 11 I was told that a batch of products were defective and returned to their warehouse . Then I was told it was lost and being reworked, and would be shipped on April 15. Well still no product and a lack of communication. So on April 18 I opened a case with PayPal. Then all of a sudden I get an email saying if you want to cancel your order we charge a $5 admin fee. I advised I wanted my products ASAP. But not getting any response from them. My advice stay away from this company and paw perfect because they are the same company. I know this because I ordered from them prior to this order and had A LOT of issues. I should have done my homework prior to ordering. The funny thing is the same lady by the name of Tracey answers all the emails from both companies. Do yourself a favour, save your money and don’t buy from either company because they are scammers
