🥰😍💗😁 I reached out to the company and told them I had yet to receive my star map. They responded and sent me an email with pdfs that I could copy to print myself and ensured my beautiful star map would arrive by valentines day. IT DID!!! 😊 I am so pleased and grateful they made the effort to make sure my print made it on time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Wonderful company and experience. I love my Star Map!!! 😍

A small hiccup but great costumer support and beautiful print quality The quality of the print itself is very nice, it's beautiful. I was disappointed to find it came with a white line at the top, I'm guessing something went wrong using the bleed. I love the idea but for that kind off money a mistake like that is a bit sad. Costumer support did contact me about it and offered me a new map with a frame as an apology. I'm happy about this solution but most of all hope this mistake can be avoided for future costumers.

Unique star chart is a fabulous gift! The star chart was a fabulous gift for my daughter’s birthday. Since the customer chooses the date, location, and even a title & background, each poster is completely unique. I’m impressed with the high quality paper and the colors on the galaxy background are beautiful. Communication was excellent and this arrived very quickly in sturdy packaging. Highly recommend!

Not worth the money really Not worth the money really. It's a nice iteam and was well received, but a cheaper alternative would have gone down just as well. I still like the idea, but couldn't recommend this to anyone due to the ridiculous price tag.

Absolutely fantastic customer service Absolutely fantastic customer service! I made an error when placing my order. As my order was then unable to be delivered and sent back to sender. I sent an email and Natalia got back to me within the hour. I was very much impressed giving it was after normal working hours and resolving the issue straight away. Once I have the correct order details, I received my order within 5 days. The product is very well made, my wife loves it and so do I! I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
