They responded and sent me an email with pdfs that I could copy to print myself and ensured my beautiful star map would arrive by valentines day. Exceeded Expectations Great Product. It came well packaged and the quality exceeded what I expected. There was a slight shipping problem, which was not their fault, overseas shipping snafu I think. Their customer service quickly responded and fixed the error and I am super happy with it.

Ordered this as a wedding gift! Ordered this as a wedding gift for my friend, she loved it! Process was super easy and it didn't take as long to arrive as I thought it was going to. I paid for framing, which was 100% worth it, because they did a great job. The print itself came out great! I was very impressed with the quality, especially since I learned about this company from a YouTube ad, and those can't always be trusted. I'd love to see more design options and combinations in the future, but I would absolutely recommend this!
