A small hiccup but great costumer support and beautiful print quality The quality of the print itself is very nice, it's beautiful. I was disappointed to find it came with a white line at the top, I'm guessing something went wrong using the bleed. I love the idea but for that kind off money a mistake like that is a bit sad. Costumer support did contact me about it and offered me a new map with a frame as an apology. I'm happy about this solution but most of all hope this mistake can be avoided for future costumers.

Excellent customer service My package was running late due to postal strikes. Was getting worried it wouldn't be here in time for Christmas. The support team were amazing. They chased it up themselves with Royal Mail. Clarified exactly what the situation was, gave me some complimentary pdf files of my purchase worth £25 and offered to send a replacement if the purchase wasn't delivered in time. If all companies staff were like these then the world would be a better place. Well done.

Ordered this as a wedding gift! Ordered this as a wedding gift for my friend, she loved it! Process was super easy and it didn't take as long to arrive as I thought it was going to. I paid for framing, which was 100% worth it, because they did a great job. The print itself came out great! I was very impressed with the quality, especially since I learned about this company from a YouTube ad, and those can't always be trusted. I'd love to see more design options and combinations in the future, but I would absolutely recommend this!
