Excellent customer service My package was running late due to postal strikes. Was getting worried it wouldn't be here in time for Christmas. The support team were amazing. They chased it up themselves with Royal Mail. Clarified exactly what the situation was, gave me some complimentary pdf files of my purchase worth £25 and offered to send a replacement if the purchase wasn't delivered in time. If all companies staff were like these then the world would be a better place. Well done.

Absolutely fantastic customer service Absolutely fantastic customer service! I made an error when placing my order. As my order was then unable to be delivered and sent back to sender. I sent an email and Natalia got back to me within the hour. I was very much impressed giving it was after normal working hours and resolving the issue straight away. Once I have the correct order details, I received my order within 5 days. The product is very well made, my wife loves it and so do I! I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
