Exceeded Expectations Great Product. It came well packaged and the quality exceeded what I expected. There was a slight shipping problem, which was not their fault, overseas shipping snafu I think. Their customer service quickly responded and fixed the error and I am super happy with it.

Even though there was a problem with the shipment of my order, the staff of Under Lucky Stars was very kind and helpful, and sent me a new star map, even without me asking.

A small hiccup but great costumer support and beautiful print quality The quality of the print itself is very nice, it's beautiful. I was disappointed to find it came with a white line at the top, I'm guessing something went wrong using the bleed. I love the idea but for that kind off money a mistake like that is a bit sad. Costumer support did contact me about it and offered me a new map with a frame as an apology. I'm happy about this solution but most of all hope this mistake can be avoided for future costumers.

Wonderful idea but let down by not using glass Wonderful idea and was looking forward to gifting my wife on our wedding anniversary. A little disappointed as the map has no detail or writing to identify the stars, just lines and dots. Apparently certified by astronomers but to be honest it could be just patterning as we have no way of checking. The frame (wood) was ok but to use plastic and not glass makes the item feel cheap.

A great meaningful gift and would definitely recommend. I love how the website was very easy to use, it included everything the costumer might ask about and I felt their passion and honesty through their services. The product was absolutely stunning. It was clean with no dammage at all and the order arrived sooner than the expected delivery date ( to the UAE). The idea is very meaningful and I would definitely recommend it.
