They responded and sent me an email with pdfs that I could copy to print myself and ensured my beautiful star map would arrive by valentines day. IT DID!!! š I am so pleased and grateful they made the effort to make sure my print made it on time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Wonderful company and experience. I love my Star Map!!! š

ILThe star maps are beautiful and that's⦠The star maps are beautiful and that's definitely a very special and a great gift for your loved ones. Even though there was a problem with the shipment of my order, the staff of Under Lucky Stars was very kind and helpful, and sent me a new star map, even without me asking.

NLA small hiccup but great costumer support and beautiful print quality The quality of the print itself is very nice, it's beautiful. I was disappointed to find it came with a white line at the top, I'm guessing something went wrong using the bleed. I love the idea but for that kind off money a mistake like that is a bit sad. Costumer support did contact me about it and offered me a new map with a frame as an apology. I'm happy about this solution but most of all hope this mistake can be avoided for future costumers.

GBThe service was excellent The service was excellent. We had a problem with the delivery and service personnel was concise and curteous. They fixed the issue quickly. The quality of the print is very very good. Thick paper and the container for the print was superb.
