Unreliable massage therapists I booked Serenity Pamper Parties for a hen weekend in Glastonbury for 9 of us The communication was good and efficient in terms of booking. However a few days before the hen, one of the massage therapists said she couldn't do it. Serenity were very quick and efficient at finding a replacement. However, on the morning of the hen the replacement massage therapist cancelled and the one therapist that did attend wasn't able to stay longer due to being booked for another hen party. In the end, we all had 15 minute massages instead of 30 mins which was a shame. I did get the difference refunded back to me quickly but I'm not sure I would book through Serenity again purely because of the reliability of massage therapists.

Hen do for 18 girls - amazing treatments + booking experience We booked with Serenity for a hen-do in Wiltshire for treatments for 18 girls this past weekend and I can’t fault the experience - from enquiry, to booking, payments, to the treatments & therapists themselves. Excellent experience and great customer service I recently booked Serenity to provide a hen do pamper party for 12 people at short notice. The team were really helpful in getting things organised so quickly and, even though it was short notice, really helped to make it a stress-free experience. I was also able to speak to the two therapists booked shortly before the day itself to discuss directions, arrival time and room set-ups, etc. This was really useful as it meant that everything went smoothly on the day. The therapists who attended were very professional and polite and everyone was happy with their selected treatment. I would not hesitate to use Serenity again for another experience in future!

Highly recommend a fantastic treat! Our Fostering Agency held a pamper session for our carers and Simona attended our event in Bedford. She was friendly, professional and on time. Everyone had a fantastic afternoon and we will definitely book Serenity again. Highly recommend
