Hen party booking I booked Serenity Pamper Parties for a hen weekend. It was super easy to organise with Kate and Jo getting back to emails really quickly, only a small deposit and payment needed later. Magdalena, our therapist, was lovely and everyone enjoyed their mini treatments. Will definitely be using again in the future!

Five stars! Highly recommend Serenity Pamper Parties. I booked a pamper party for my Mum's birthday at our holiday rental in Devon. The booking process was flawless - swift communication and help provided when needed. I requested a change to our timings and this was kindly accomodated. Contact was made on the lead up to the party and on the morning to confirm arrangements. Our beauty therapist, Emma contacted me on the day and arrived on time. Excellent experience and great customer service I recently booked Serenity to provide a hen do pamper party for 12 people at short notice. The team were really helpful in getting things organised so quickly and, even though it was short notice, really helped to make it a stress-free experience. I was also able to speak to the two therapists booked shortly before the day itself to discuss directions, arrival time and room set-ups, etc. This was really useful as it meant that everything went smoothly on the day. The therapists who attended were very professional and polite and everyone was happy with their selected treatment. I would not hesitate to use Serenity again for another experience in future!

Everyone at my party thoroughly enjoyed their treatments and my massage was amazing. Rachel (our therapist) was so lovely and all the guests said so too.
