Unreliable massage therapists I booked Serenity Pamper Parties for a hen weekend in Glastonbury for 9 of us The communication was good and efficient in terms of booking. However a few days before the hen, one of the massage therapists said she couldn't do it. Serenity were very quick and efficient at finding a replacement. However, on the morning of the hen the replacement massage therapist cancelled and the one therapist that did attend wasn't able to stay longer due to being booked for another hen party. In the end, we all had 15 minute massages instead of 30 mins which was a shame. I did get the difference refunded back to me quickly but I'm not sure I would book through Serenity again purely because of the reliability of massage therapists.

Pamper party Booked a pamper party to finish off a hen weekend. They were fantastic beginning to end. The weekend suffered many postponements but everyone was handled without stress or fuss. The communication prior the party was always timely and efficient. The party it self was well organised and the beauticians and treatments were wonderful. We all had a fantastic experience and I wouldn’t hesitate on using them again.

Great Service! We booked Serenity Pamper Parties for a Hen Do and the entire experience was great. The booking is an easy process, and though we had a Covid Issue with our booked therapists a couple of days before they were due to come to us, Jo very quickly sorted us two new therapists, both of whom were really friendly and worked around the small space we were in to do the treatments! All the girls loved their treatments and were really happy.

I would highly recommend Se… I would highly recommend Serenity pamper parties to everyone in need of a little relaxation. I had contacted them in regards to arranging a pamper party for my friends 40th birthday we were having in Wales. Being from London I was slightly worried about organising something for so far away and the house we had was in a remote place that I had no idea where it was. Serenity were so helpfull from start to finish. We had originally booked treatments for all 8 of us which required 2 therapists on the day, and unfortunately a few days before we were told that only 1 therapists was available. We were offered for the 1 therapist to stay all day and do the treatments but unfortunately that clashed with the plans we had for the rest of the day so wasn’t an option we could take. This resulted in only half of our party being able to have treatments. Serenity did try their best to get another therapist and we’re very apologetic when this wasn’t possible. Despite the changes, we all still had a fantastic day. Elen our therapist was so friendly and catered to all of our individual needs.

She made each treatment special to the individual and certainly made us all feel relaxed and de-stressed. Would definitely recommend this service!
