GBOutstanding customer service I had ordered lanterns for a proposal party and the FedEx package was lost. FedEx said I had to file a claim with Sparkle. After speaking with Samantha at Sparkle we decided to try another delivery even though we would be cutting it close to the party. Samantha followed the delivery process and kept in touch with me via email to make sure I received it. Her attention to my order was outstanding and the lanterns looked beautiful in our yard. So nice to have a personal touch on an online order!!

GBI have ordered twice from Sparkles and… I have ordered twice from Sparkles and both time I received my order as expected in a very timely manner. The napkins were reasonably priced and after washing them they did not need to be ironed and they were all well made.

GBOn 7/8/21 I placed an order for 1-24… On 7/8/21 I placed an order for 1-24 row brown rhinestone mesh, but received 2-12 row mesh instead. Which was too short for my use.I've been very pleased with Sparkles products before.Therefore returned the item for a refund.
