Outstanding customer service I had ordered lanterns for a proposal party and the FedEx package was lost. FedEx said I had to file a claim with Sparkle. After speaking with Samantha at Sparkle we decided to try another delivery even though we would be cutting it close to the party. Samantha followed the delivery process and kept in touch with me via email to make sure I received it. Her attention to my order was outstanding and the lanterns looked beautiful in our yard. So nice to have a personal touch on an online order!!
