GBI have ordered twice from Sparkles and… I have ordered twice from Sparkles and both time I received my order as expected in a very timely manner. The napkins were reasonably priced and after washing them they did not need to be ironed and they were all well made.

GBNot what I expected I ordered a 2-yard length of rhinestones. What I got were 3 separate strands of 2 feet each. Technically, that equals 2 yards but I assumed I would be getting one, uncut strand that was 2 yards long, not 3 individual strands. The website did not state that it wouldn't be one continous length. It should have. Heck, they could have sent me 72 individual pieces, each one inch long. That's still 2 yards.
