Outstanding customer service I had ordered lanterns for a proposal party and the FedEx package was lost. FedEx said I had to file a claim with Sparkle. After speaking with Samantha at Sparkle we decided to try another delivery even though we would be cutting it close to the party. Samantha followed the delivery process and kept in touch with me via email to make sure I received it. Her attention to my order was outstanding and the lanterns looked beautiful in our yard. So nice to have a personal touch on an online order!!

The Sparkle Company exceeded my… The Sparkle Company exceeded my expectations. Amazon.com could not get the cloth napkins I needed for an event in time. I ordered directly from the Sparkle Company. They promptly sent the order and the cloth napkins were lovely and on time. Everyone at the event enjoyed using them. They were perfect!
