Great customer service I have been giving this gift quite a lot lately and everyone LOVES it. Recently, I made a mistake with the address and contacted the customer service department. I emailed with a REAL person who fixed it right away and was lovely to work with.

Outstanding Product Perfect Gift!!! I purchased the Diletto Cheese Charcuterie Board for friends we were going to visit. I was there when the board arrived and it was the perfect gift! The quality was outstanding and the presentation was truly breathtaking. The cheeses, meats and all accompaniments were delicious!! Everyone loved it!! This was our first experience with Boarderie and will certainly not the last. Also, the delivery went perfectly. The board was cold and wrapped for protection. A+ overall for this outstanding delicacy!

Boarderie MADE IT Right! I was very disappointed in the customer service. I notified them that they (Fed Ex) left the clearly labeled “perishable” package was locked in a street delivery box instead of taken to the recipient’s door. Needless to say, the gift box sat in the box until I finally called the recipient (4 days later) and the cheese was bad. I received a response from Boarderie that they “understand” how disappointed I must have been and that “Rest assured that we will raise a complaint with FedEx for them to know your experience and be notified that their driver did not properly deliver your package.” For the amount of money I spent, I was VERY disappointed with this response. UPDATE: April 3, 2024 I received a call from Julie Menitoff (owner partner). She was very apologetic and is sending out some new cheese. Thank you!

Best charcuterie board + best customer service!! Such a wonderful company and fantastic… Such a wonderful company and fantastic product. My daughter’s board was filled with beautifully curated cheeses and meats and extra goodies. The customer service was beyond any I have experienced. 10/10 for this company and product. I will definitely reorder and recommend!
