GBExcellent service & product! My order was delivered on time to the proper address even after I inadvertently filled in the billing address and shipping address incorrectly. I notified Boarderie of this error within minutes of placing my order, and they responded within 30 minutes that the corrections were made. My daughter received the order and loved it! GBAMAZING I sent my son a birthday a Birthday Cheese & Charcuterie Board for his 21st birthday. He has always made himself charcuterie snacks while home. He LOVED it. He sent me a picture-this is an amazing product/service. Could not be happier.

GBMy thoughtful niece sent a Boarderie… My thoughtful niece sent a Boarderie with 16 items. I found it was easy to open and finish the already attractive arrangement. It was the "Ooh's" and "Aah's" from friends that were the best part! The cheeses were new to us and delicious. The salumi were varied and perfetto! The cherries were juicy! The figs, nuts and crackers were NOT ordinary. The olives are addicting. Thank you for this superior tray of fabulous discoveries. And so easy for entertaining discriminating guests. Thank you!

GBBoarderie MADE IT Right! I was very disappointed in the customer service. I notified them that they (Fed Ex) left the clearly labeled “perishable” package was locked in a street delivery box instead of taken to the recipient’s door. Needless to say, the gift box sat in the box until I finally called the recipient (4 days later) and the cheese was bad. I received a response from Boarderie that they “understand” how disappointed I must have been and that “Rest assured that we will raise a complaint with FedEx for them to know your experience and be notified that their driver did not properly deliver your package.” For the amount of money I spent, I was VERY disappointed with this response. UPDATE: April 3, 2024 I received a call from Julie Menitoff (owner partner). She was very apologetic and is sending out some new cheese. Thank you!

GBExcellent Customer Service As of this post, I am only able to rate the customer service, which was amazing! I ordered a birthday board for my daughter and as soon as I received the email confirmation, I realized that I needed to change the delivery date. I reached out to Boarderie and within minutes, Nicki responded and let me know that my request for an earlier delivery was taken care of. After March 28th, I will be about to rate the product according to my daughter's satisfaction and I have feeling it will also be wonderful!
