GBI had been set up for a 2 pm… I had been set up for a 2 pm appointment/service call on Tuesday and did not receive the call until nearly 4:30 pm central time. I would have appreciated at least a call to let me know of the delay, in case i would have to re-schedule.

The customer service rep listen to my compliant and after researching my statements history and previous call ins for the same problem, she explained to me in detail why I was incorrectly charged for 2 additional non-PCI compliances. She then verified that my business was in PCI compliance and requested for the charges to be refunded which was approved.
