USEver since we switched to MSC credit… Ever since we switched to MSC credit card processing the machines they provided have been problematic at best. Constant error messages when trying to close batches. Constant calling support and waiting hours for them to return calls. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

When I ask for emails they don't appear most of the time and they are not in junk. Santiago has to do almost everything manually and send the info. He is patient beyond belief. USGreat Service Great Service I sit 10-12 hours per day in front of the computer designing with a very sophisticated engineering program. When Windows give me problems, I look for curtains. Stuff like your card charging app is a total puzzle for me. Matthew, you made it totally clear, straightforward and easy. I actually succeeded with my first transaction, without having to call you.
