GBI had been set up for a 2 pm… I had been set up for a 2 pm appointment/service call on Tuesday and did not receive the call until nearly 4:30 pm central time. I would have appreciated at least a call to let me know of the delay, in case i would have to re-schedule.

GBThe customer service rep listen very thoroughly to my problem. The customer service rep listen to my compliant and after researching my statements history and previous call ins for the same problem, she explained to me in detail why I was incorrectly charged for 2 additional non-PCI compliances. She then verified that my business was in PCI compliance and requested for the charges to be refunded which was approved.

GBEver since we switched to MSC credit… Ever since we switched to MSC credit card processing the machines they provided have been problematic at best. Constant error messages when trying to close batches. Constant calling support and waiting hours for them to return calls. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
