GBMatthew did great with helping me… Matthew did great with helping me install our new card machine. He was very patient when I had to keep running back and to the other building to get things that I needed for the set up.

GBI had been set up for a 2 pm… I had been set up for a 2 pm appointment/service call on Tuesday and did not receive the call until nearly 4:30 pm central time. I would have appreciated at least a call to let me know of the delay, in case i would have to re-schedule.
