GBEver since we switched to MSC credit… Ever since we switched to MSC credit card processing the machines they provided have been problematic at best. Constant error messages when trying to close batches. Constant calling support and waiting hours for them to return calls. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

When I ask for emails they don't appear most of the time and they are not in junk. Santiago has to do almost everything manually and send the info. He is patient beyond belief.
