GBI want to specifically mention Santiago… I want to specifically mention Santiago Perez for his effort in resolving my problem. When I ask for emails they don't appear most of the time and they are not in junk. Santiago has to do almost everything manually and send the info. He is patient beyond belief. He resolved my difficulties and I am very happy

GBI had been set up for a 2 pm… I had been set up for a 2 pm appointment/service call on Tuesday and did not receive the call until nearly 4:30 pm central time. I would have appreciated at least a call to let me know of the delay, in case i would have to re-schedule.
