Outstanding Without Standard Shipping My order was, as usual, produced extremely fast. I'm amazed! I didn't use the standard shipping option this time, and Bada-Bing, I got the shipment very quick. I ordered 12 copies of my 140 page book on a Friday, going to 5 addresses, and all were printed and delivered by Thursday and Friday the very next week. Impressive!!!

Then I order one to have a hard proof as a published photographer, really amazing quality, just love. In other hand you can add a fantastic customer service, fast reply and resolving a problem. I've been using Blurb for at least 15… I've been using Blurb for at least 15 years. I don't publish many books, but the ones I have done have been excellent. I'm a photographer and a writer. The last 3 books I have done with Blurb have all been personal travel experiences. I value my photography and so do the printers at Blurb. Honestly, I worked in advertising and marketing communications for 40 years and I would put their work up against any of publishers that I did multiple volume printing. I just received my most recent one today and it's PERFECT!

Very easy to design, publish, and share. Very easy to design, publish, and share. Would like it better if I found an error and needed to upload a corrected version, it would replace the one already uploaded rather than store both. Or at least give me the option. Convenient and I love that what used to be a dream of being published is made real with Blurb.

Great Customer Service I recently used Blurb to make a picture journal as a wedding gift to my partner. I had never done anything like this before, so I had reached out to the customer service to get a better sense of what I should do to execute my idea, and it was by far the best customer service response I have ever had. I felt heard and entirely helped. It was hard work to get the journal organized, but that was purely based on it being my first time. Once I finished and ordered the book, it was a quick turnaround, and it came out absolutely amazingly.
