GBGood product. Offer swatches? I’ve been using Blurb for my annual book of my best photography for 10 years. The app for designing and producing the cover and pages is easy, as is the ordering process. I’ve been OK with the print quality over the years but wanted to see if it would improve with the higher end paper. It gets expensive ordering books just to test papers but I am happy with the ProPhoto Pearl paper. I would like to see Blurb offer a sample swatch set so people can see how each paper handles the printing of photos, text, etc. I would have been willing to pay a small fee for the swatches vs the expense of a full book.

GBI designed my book in Adobe InDesign… I designed my book in Adobe InDesign and I was delighted to find out that Blub had a plug-in that works seamlessly with InDesign! I moved my project into the Blurb template and it worked great. The process was easy, intuitive and fast. I received my books a whole week sooner than the estimate they gave me, and they look great!

GBA great experience from start to… A great experience from start to finish. Layout process was easy once I’d gotten my head around it. Far easier than struggling with Lightroom. I didn’t choose the best quality paper and so can’t really comment on the best quality available but mine results were as I expected them to be. Can’t ask for more than that really. Next time I’ll go for the lay-flat option and better quality paper. Customer service was excellent with a refreshing, no-quibble attitude. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends. 👍

GBOutstanding Without Standard Shipping My order was, as usual, produced extremely fast. I'm amazed! I didn't use the standard shipping option this time, and Bada-Bing, I got the shipment very quick. I ordered 12 copies of my 140 page book on a Friday, going to 5 addresses, and all were printed and delivered by Thursday and Friday the very next week. Impressive!!!

GBPoor customer service, outdated software I've been using Blurb for over 10 years. And finally moved on to a competitor after realizing how antiquated their software is. I endured many crashes, lost projects, and wasted time. When I reached out to get support, I was sent around to 4 different people. Not one had an answer for me or could solve the issues. Not ideal given how expensive their books have become. Now that I'm using a competitor to make books, I'm amazed at how much time and money I wasted with this company over the years
