How to ship some poems Within two weeks, I received two books of poetry in the mail—one via Blurb and another from a huge purveyor of books online I will not name. They were about equal in size with glossy covers. The Blurb book arrived in perfect condition in a reinforced envelope. The other book came in a box with inflated plastic around a gift bag. I had to straighten it out.

Then I order one to have a hard proof as a published photographer, really amazing quality, just love. In other hand you can add a fantastic customer service, fast reply and resolving a problem. I would highly recommend blurb.

Would like it better if I found an error and needed to upload a corrected version, it would replace the one already uploaded rather than store both. Or at least give me the option. Convenient and I love that what used to be a dream of being published is made real with Blurb.

Great Customer Service I recently used Blurb to make a picture journal as a wedding gift to my partner. I had never done anything like this before, so I had reached out to the customer service to get a better sense of what I should do to execute my idea, and it was by far the best customer service response I have ever had. I felt heard and entirely helped. It was hard work to get the journal organized, but that was purely based on it being my first time. Once I finished and ordered the book, it was a quick turnaround, and it came out absolutely amazingly.

A great experience from start to… A great experience from start to finish. Layout process was easy once I’d gotten my head around it. Far easier than struggling with Lightroom. I didn’t choose the best quality paper and so can’t really comment on the best quality available but mine results were as I expected them to be. Can’t ask for more than that really. Next time I’ll go for the lay-flat option and better quality paper. Customer service was excellent with a refreshing, no-quibble attitude. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends. 👍
