GBI accidentally deleted the gift email I accidentally deleted the email with my gift card info. Roy at Giverrang was very helpful in getting the email resent to me, so that I could give the gift as I intended!

GBNow this is customer service at its finest. I don’t buy many things online, but this really was a easy way to get a gift to someone that I could not see on their birthday. And then when this person lost their gift card, givearang was so helpful with getting it replaced. Who does that anymore?

GBI purchased a $100 card & later found… I purchased a $100 card & later found out from the recipient that they wouldn’t be able to receive the card in their vacation home mailbox ( no access). Anyway I immediately emailed the Company and they offered to cancel that card and reissue at a better address. The whole process of ordering.. getting updates on the status of the delivery and the cancellation.. reissue and communication was handled beyond expected. I would definitely recommend this company as it also supports the many terrific businesses in North Myrtle Beach !!

GBSent a gift card to a bad email that… Sent a gift card to a bad email that came back as undeliverable before Christmas, and I was unable to get a good email until February, but Roy was able to get the old card canceled and new one sent along with no problem.
