Excellent Customer Service I purchased an e-gift card through giverrang.com and had it sent directly to my sister who is a senior citizen. I received my receipt immediately, but in checking with her, the e-gift card wasn’t delivered yet. I contacted customer service via email late in the day on Christmas Eve and didn’t expect to hear back until Monday, December 26, but I got a response from Roy early on Christmas morning. He confirmed that the e-gift card had gone out to the correct address right after I’d ordered it. He also provided some options as to where it might have gone in her email folders. After three attempts (all on Christmas Day) at helping my sister locate it she was finally successful. (It was a case of user error!) I felt that Roy went above and beyond in helping my sister to locate her Christmas gift!

We do not want our potential customers to be misled and scammed out of their money for a product we have zero affiliation with. We demand giverrang take down our company off their website IMMEDIATELY!

Sent a gift card to a bad email that… Sent a gift card to a bad email that came back as undeliverable before Christmas, and I was unable to get a good email until February, but Roy was able to get the old card canceled and new one sent along with no problem.

We purchased a gift card for my dad to… We purchased a gift card for my dad to use at a casino for his 80th bday. The employees at the casino didn't understand what it was and refused to try to figure it out. Evidently the person "in charge" had never seen this type of card before. What could have been a disaster restored my faith in mankind! Mark, from customer service, responded to my plea immediately and refunded my money. He was so kind and apologetic when it wasn't even his fault. I'll be using this service again!

Great customer service Great customer service. I accidentally forgot a crucial part of the recipient’s address and the gift card got returned. They contacted me for correction and resent the gift card. So not only do they offer a great product the service is above and beyond!
