The employees at the casino didn't understand what it was and refused to try to figure it out. Evidently the person "in charge" had never seen this type of card before. What could have been a disaster restored my faith in mankind! Mark, from customer service, responded to my plea immediately and refunded my money. He was so kind and apologetic when it wasn't even his fault. I'll be using this service again!

GBSent a gift card to a bad email that… Sent a gift card to a bad email that came back as undeliverable before Christmas, and I was unable to get a good email until February, but Roy was able to get the old card canceled and new one sent along with no problem.
