Cat Mate C200 It was easy to order the replacement autofeeder, as the knobs in my 12 YO Cate Mate 20 stopped working. I do like the new one better, as it is improved from the old one - the battery is in a compartment so it doesn't come out (I have tape on my other old one, as the cat pushes it around). The knobs on the new one ARE hard to turn and it doesn't quite keep the same time as the other one (ie if they are both set at 4 hours, this one seems to run a little slower) but I think that might improve with time.

HAPPY KITTIES I had a downspout previously but the pump was not strong enough. I purchased another,elsewhere and kitties were not happy. I saved the old one,don't ask me why, but it had the name on it so I googled you and found what I wanted. I suspect that ou will be getting orders from my relatives. Kitties are so happy and so am I

I had to rtn the unit after practicing… I had to rtn the unit after practicing for a week, we went away and came home to maggots and the u it was stuck on an empty slot :( really wanted it to work. Bought extra ice packs and maybe when the house sitter out them in she messed up but either way doesn’t work for us because 5 days would need new ice packs :(

Effective feeder for our Ragdoll cat… Effective feeder for our Ragdoll cat who gets fed 4 times daily. Although we haven’t been gone for that long, it’s good to know she won’t miss a meal if we’re gone for several hours. It will accommodate up to 4 meals per day and easy to program times. I love the stainless steel bins for healthier use and the flexibility of using wet or dry food.
