Very slow shipping. It has been nine days since my order was confirmed, and it is apparently still sitting in Avenel, New Jersey -- which is a long way from San Marcos, Texas. I'm sure the product is fine, but the shipping time is too slow. The cat door I ordered is actually a replacement for an existing door, and I needed it right away.

I can sleep in the morning and have my freedom in the afternoon or evening I have a 10/year old Cat that has started wanting to be fed at 4am. I purchased the catmate two bowl feeder. My cat took to it right away. I bought 2 extra ice packs and two extra food dishes. I now set it up with his wet food so I can golf or go out to eat with friends and I don’t have to worry about getting home to feed him. Timer is easy to set, dishes are wide and easier for him to eat from than his old bowls. I’m happy and my cat is happy.

Reasonably priced and shipped quick! The pump in my fountain stopped working, the pump I ordered was not the exact pump that broke but it worked! The site says their pumps are compatible with most of their fountains and I believe this to be true. My order wasn't too pricey and showed up at my door a few days later.

Great Cat Feeder The feeder I ordered is great for spacing out meals for a cat that needs to be fed every few hours. It is easy to setup. I'm just now ordering a new one after 5 or 6 years with the last one. Additionally, the shipping was exceptionally fast. I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend Closer Pets to anyone needing an automated feeder.

Fantastic company with a customer 1st approach Closer Pets is an efficient & helpful company. I received the wrong plug for their Dog Mate water fountain. After a few quick messages back & forth, they promptly sent the correct plug & a pump. The whole process was hassle-free. I appreciate their kindness, attentiveness, & efficiency. Plus, their Dog Mate fountain is awesome…the best water fountain for pets that I’ve ever seen.
