GBI purchased pictures I purchased pictures. Web site had great, easy to find, templates that could be customized. Price was good. Product arrived to my house quicker than I expected and the high quality is what I have come to expect from York.

GBLower quality & unacceptable sort sequence. Photo quality has diminished over the past year, but the price is still competitive other than the added cost of shipping, which is ridiculously high if no coupon code is used. Also, when I order photos which are numbered, I select to have them sorted A-Z sequentially. They come back in somewhat sequential sequence, but not really. I get them in order like: 1, 10, 100, 11, 12, 2, 20, 200, 21, 22, 30, 300, 301, etc. This causes me to spend unnecessary time manually putting them back into correct sequence to send to my customers. When I say photo quality has diminished, I mean they're coming back washed out, not as sharp and crisp with vibrant colors as they had been in the past.

GBCompany Closed Leaving Me With Unused Credits I have over $20 in credits with York Photo and went to use them today only to learn that the company has closed and their successor is not accepting the credits. Why was I not mailed a notification of closing???

GBI've used York photo since I sent in film !! Loved making my photo book and using the interface provided. That part was easy. The shipping was ridiculous. I'm not sure what this new UPS service is, but it wasn't. Meaning I watched my package go to New Jersey from the mid-Atlantic region, and thence to near Seattle, before coming down here and being delivered by the post office. York photo charges plenty for shipping and it could have been here much faster using the USPS for the entire journey. Next order I paid $5 extra for 2nd day shipping (which I thought meant actually two days later) and it took a complete four days to get here, because second day does not mean that. It actually means two whole days besides weekends. So more clarity around shipping would be so useful !!!

GBI love York Photo I love York Photo! Iv'e been using them since I was a kid and used to mail my film in those little envelopes from the Sunday paper! THe digital age has made it even better...I am never disappointed!
