AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE If zero stars could be given, I'd do that. My fiancée ordered outfits for her bridesmaids for our wedding from Tulle and Chantilly and the experience has been awful. The website advertised 4-5 weeks for delivery, and it has now been 8 weeks and we have nothing. My fiancée has emailed them many times, and Sophie the customer service rep is very wishy-washy about delivery, not ever giving us a set date for delivery, even hinting the clothes weren't even done (8 weeks after ordering......). Apparently from other reviews on this site, this is a consistent problem. They're not worth the time of day, let alone your business.

Dresses made perfectly for the tall girls I honestly was super skeptical of ordering a dress online. I am 6’6” and finding dresses for my super tall frame is hard to find. My friend told me that she wanted these dresses for her wedding and I submitted a request for my measurements. They emailed to double check and made sure everything was ok which I really appreciated. I got my dress and it is absolutely PERFECT. The length, where it hits and it is so flattering I cannot wait to wear it. Thank you so much for being so flexible and communicative!

Our Rustic Laser Cut Wedding Invitations are INCREDIBLE!!!! TulleandChantilly provided me and my fiancé with EXACTLY what we wanted. These invitations are even more beautiful in person and such great quality. We would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat!!! Very timely responses and quick turnaround from purchasing them to having them shipped. We do not live in the US so we were taking a chance ordering these online but we couldn't be happier! Can't wait to use them again in the future!

Excellent What an awesome experience that I had with Tulle and Chantilly. At first I was worried about sending my measurements off over the internet and scared that my bridesmaid dress will come back either too big, too small, totally not what I ordered or different colour etc everything was going through my head but I was totally wrong about everything. Great communication between Sophie and I, the dress arrived so fast, exactly the correct measurement's, the colour was perfect and just amazing!!!! Thank-you Tulle and Chantilly :-)

Amazing Old Fashioned Customer Service I needed to order dresses for both of my girls and unfortunately, neither fell into the ‘standard size’ category. While I had just accepted the fact that I would be paying additional money to have these items altered once received, I was very pleasantly surprised when I was contacted about the size choices I made and it was suggested that custom sizes were used instead. Both dresses came super quick and fit perfectly! You don’t find this kind of customer service much any more and I found the experience to be truly satisfying. I would highly recommend!
