No identification of place I ordered a print entitled 'Where our story began' for my parent's 70th wedding anniversary using the postcode for Butlin's Skegness. When it arrived there was nothing identifying where it was other than the co-ordinates which my 93 and 88 year old parents would be unable to process. The map could easily be Lee on Solent where we live. Here is a list of the AI generated responses I have received in amongst numerous e-mail exchanges where the company refuses to deal with my issue. Thank you Positive Prints I had an issue with my parcel coming from an unreliable delivery company, I contacted positive prints and they could not have been more helpful. They found out the company had lost the package, so immediately sent out a replacement via 24hr tracked. When the print arrived it was fantastic. The quality of the print and the materials are excellent. I can't thank them enough for their help resolving a problem that was created by someone else.

Highly recommended company - excellent service I ordered a print for my wife for our 25th anniversary and being your typical male, I pretty much left it to the last minute, but it did say if I ordered it that day it would arrive in time. I then received an email a few days later to say it would now be delayed which concerned me a little, so I reach out to Positive Prints who followed up for me. They were able to get it sorted but also provided me a digital copy to print out just in case it didn't arrive in time which was excellent. The entire time they remained helpful and accommodating and I am happy to say it arrived a few days earlier than my anniversary. Not impressed Not impressed. Paid $160 Aus as an anniversary gift for my wife. The whole thing is poor quality. Much lower resolution than expected, the paper was thin office paper, the frame was cheap ply, and flimsy Ill fitting Perspex sheet over the top. For the price I was expecting much more. Perhaps they just spend all their money on advertising and not the actual product. I feel a little scammed.

Good Beautiful digital print. Got what I wanted for the most part, however when I went to Staples to print it out (I picked the 12x16 option) they told that the size was 11x17. Annoying but I can manage with that and just printed it out at that size and I’m just going to return the frame I bought and buy a an 11x17 frame.
