Absolutely amazing customer service Absolutely amazing customer service! My husband ordered a print for our anniversary and unfortunately it arrived with a small crack in the plexiglass. It took me about a month to reach out, but they responded quickly and had another frame/glass sent out immediately. I actually had thought the original product had glass in it and when they sent plexiglass in its place I was confused. So once again I emailed them and they responded back quickly and were ready to investigate the issue. It turned out the original was actually plexiglass and just looked like glass! So I fixed my frame and I am super please with my product as well as their customer service!

Good Beautiful digital print. Got what I wanted for the most part, however when I went to Staples to print it out (I picked the 12x16 option) they told that the size was 11x17. Annoying but I can manage with that and just printed it out at that size and I’m just going to return the frame I bought and buy a an 11x17 frame.

I reccomend it The print was very nice but at the second try because the format was not the correct one. However, the customer service was excellent and I received an image to be printed in the size I needed. Thank you!

Highly recommended company - excellent service I ordered a print for my wife for our 25th anniversary and being your typical male, I pretty much left it to the last minute, but it did say if I ordered it that day it would arrive in time. I then received an email a few days later to say it would now be delayed which concerned me a little, so I reach out to Positive Prints who followed up for me. They were able to get it sorted but also provided me a digital copy to print out just in case it didn't arrive in time which was excellent. The entire time they remained helpful and accommodating and I am happy to say it arrived a few days earlier than my anniversary. Thank you Positive Prints, for an excellent and pleasurable experience. I hope this review repays some of your kindest and professionalism - great to see now days.
