Thank you Positive Prints I had an issue with my parcel coming from an unreliable delivery company, I contacted positive prints and they could not have been more helpful. They found out the company had lost the package, so immediately sent out a replacement via 24hr tracked. When the print arrived it was fantastic. The quality of the print and the materials are excellent. I can't thank them enough for their help resolving a problem that was created by someone else.

Don't use this company Don't use this company. They advertise an expedited shipping with promises of arrival in 5 business days. Then they spend 3 days emailing to ask you to review your order and ZOOM OUT on map pics when these options are not available at time of creating your print. It's a waste of 3 days and THEN they fail to disclose they are shipping from outside the USA and never do say where shipping is coming from so there's that delay at importa as well. You pay for expedited shipping but you won't GET expedited shipping. Huge fail on this company part. THEN when you look at your bank statement an undisclosed INTERNATIONAL FEE is there.

Meh. Meh. Custom map lacked detail, print quality wasn't better than what I could print at home on thick paper. Hugely overpriced for what it is. Feeling so underwhelmed. Will not purchase again.

The Perfect Milestone Displays From start to finish, creating our custom poster was a ton of fun. I loved all the options, so it was almost hard to decide, but I was able to design something that fit the aesthetic of our home and is SO PRETTY!! I absolutely love that everyday we walk by our WHERE WE MET poster and get to think back to the start of our relationship. We now live across the country from where we first met, so it's also nice to have a little reminder of our first home together. Ugh this is the best gift EVER. 10/10 We want posters for all our milestones going forward!

Not impressed Not impressed. Paid $160 Aus as an anniversary gift for my wife. The whole thing is poor quality. Much lower resolution than expected, the paper was thin office paper, the frame was cheap ply, and flimsy Ill fitting Perspex sheet over the top. For the price I was expecting much more. Perhaps they just spend all their money on advertising and not the actual product. I feel a little scammed.
