GBCall WalkinPets when you need help getting your disabled buddy going with a new wheelchair or harness When our irrepressible little disabled dog, Willie Gromit, broke his wheelchair harness, the WalkinPets people we talked to one phone were terrifically helpful in assisting us with identifying the proper replacement. They shipped it right out, and it's been wonderful now that we've fitted Willie G into it. Thank you, WalkinPets!

GBMy only complaint is the clips on the… My only complaint is the clips on the side of wheels where you connect the front harness to the side rails comes undone on its own very often but other than that very happy with the product.

CAMedium wheel chair accessories The product is amazing and so grateful for the opportunity my dog gets to experience life with such mobility to enjoy life … I would note that the 12 inch wheels are not the best fit for a medium size wheel chair as they are quite a bit heavier and difficult for my Australian cattle dog to pull so we wil have to use it for shorter walks and keep to the 8 inch wheels for long walks and hikes. Wish i knew before hand the weight and size difference could be difficult but it was never mentioned from the staff .. but beautiful wheels and products and will always be recommending to others how pleased we are to use Walk-in wheels .

GBBuckle broke on first use I'm a walking wheels fan, I'm on my second chair with a second dog. It's definitely helped maintain mobility. However the front buckle of the Buddy Up Quad Compatibility panel broke on the first use and there's no way to fix or replace it without purchasing a new one since it's sewn into the webbing. I bought the front wheel attachment for our chair which shipped out quickly. When it arrived I discovered I also needed Buddy Up Quad panel to go with the front wheels, which is a separate purchase. I wrongly assumed all of the parts required would be included with the front wheel attachment. The website didn't make this explicitly clear, or I would have ordered it at the same time. It took an additional 10 days to get the Quad panel, more than double the estimated shipping time when I purchased it. So when it broke you can imagine how disheartening that would be after such a long wait and extra money spent.

GBTried for my pig I have a disabled pig and wanted so much for this to work. I was excited to have an option to give her mobility back. I even paid extra shipping to get it here sooner so we can start right away. I tried for about 3 weeks, day after day to try and make this work. I thought I could return it within the 30 days. I did, and they would not refund my money because it was a little scratched and dirty..remind you, she is a pig. I had to use it in dirt and put her in it, inside the barn. So yes, some hay stuck to the velcro parts. Some scratches were on the frame due to trying to get the setting correct. One of the pieces broke and we used a tool to try and get it to work until they sent the replacement part. My advice is, unless your sure this will work, don't buy it. I think it could have worked had the fit be not so complicated. I just sat in the barn and cried and we were all stressed out trying, including the pig. So I packed it up and shipped it back. It needs to be perfect for them to take the return back, which means, you can't try to use it. It was a very expensive nightmare.
