My only complaint is the clips on the… My only complaint is the clips on the side of wheels where you connect the front harness to the side rails comes undone on its own very often but other than that very happy with the product.

I jumped the gun I jumped the gun. My Chiweenie hurt his back and couldn't walk. I bought one of your wheelchairs, it was very easy to put together, but my dog was to afraid of it. It must have scared him, cause after about a month, he slowly started to walk again! The company was very understanding and allowed me to return it, with a small restocking fee.

New Lease on Life🐾❣️ I called Walk’n pets, and the representative was very polite, professional, and helpful. My English Lab has a wide girth, but the Large leg harnesses were awkward. I was uncertain what size wheelchair to order based on the default measurement for Labrador Retriever. The rep advised that I adjust the breed, and sure enough, the Med/Large frame fits BEAUTIFULLY! My boy has a New Lease on Life.

Great Product and Fabulous Employees From start to "finish", everything has been wonderful! The assistance provided by the rep was fabulous. Not only did she step me through the process and efficiently gathered all the measurements to ensure a great wheelchair fit, she asked about our dog and how his limitations occurred. I got the feeling that her questions and concerns expressed were sincere. She also assured me that Walkinpets is there to help ensure that our pup gets the best possible experience with his new wheels.

The chair is solid The chair is solid, easy to adjust. The tube support that holds up her back end is not working for her. It’s uncomfortable on her belly and strap that holds the tubes together slides once supporting her weight. Bought the belly support but it is more of a chest support so it doesn’t help. Feel like a hammock design instead of the tubes would be a more comfortable design, at least for females
