Best use of money ever. The walkin wheels wheelchair is the single best use of money I've made in my entire life. It's extremely well-engineered, and every little thing has obviously been thought about and tested. The original harness created too much muscular stress for my dog so I switched it out for the neoprene comfort harness and it's perfect! My girl is able to walk again by herself, and it's given her her freedom back again. She's happy again, and that's what matters.

Excellent customer service w Autumn ! I spoke to Autumn several times, and I couldn’t ask for such compassionate assistance with technical issues. She was very helpful when I called again w/ a possible solution for an issue I was having.. I must say I was very impressed with the compassion I was shown with the stress I was going through. However, I'm in my 70s and I have Huntington's disease and I'm grateful that my son can walk him with this No one else seems to be able to use it ., my dog has a progressive neural degenerative disease, and I don't know how much longer he's going to be on this earth . My dog is a pug who is almost 12 years old.

My Corgi is enjoying his wheelchair after connecting with customer service Once I called customer service and emailed pictures we were able to get my Corgi, Dylan's, wheelchair adjusted properly. I ordered a corgi wheelchair but Dylan is a large Corgi with a very deep chest so it some tweaking to get him comfortable in it. I had filled out the form online and submitted the pictures but I never heard back. So if you need help call customer service don't do it online!
