Very disappointing. I wrote a note and a new one was sent to me within a week. No questions asked. I was VERY impressed! I would definitely use them again and again!!

Buyers beware!! Buyers beware!!! I ordered two towels for my son and future daughter-in-law and immediately complained because they looked like they had bleach splattered on them. They say satisfaction guaranteed, but upon emailing them I am stuck with the towels because they said they were personalized If you don’t want to be with a product, you’re not happy with don’t order from this company
