They send you postal mail solicitation and have no way to remove your address, either online or by chatting or calling customer service. In addition, the product I ordered looked nothing like the photo; they deliberately deceive by including the "preview" photo with your review automatically rather than a photo of the actual product, which looks very different and not very good. They also sort by best reviews so you won't see the bad ones unless you search for them. Bad company.

Buyers beware!! Buyers beware!!! I ordered two towels for my son and future daughter-in-law and immediately complained because they looked like they had bleach splattered on them. They say satisfaction guaranteed, but upon emailing them I am stuck with the towels because they said they were personalized If you don’t want to be with a product, you’re not happy with don’t order from this company

Totally satisfied customer I ordered a snowman ornament and a paw print one for my new dog to hang on our stockings. I LOVE the ornaments. They are exactly as pictured! They were shipped and arrived very quickly! Anytime I order from PM the product is great and shipping/delivery is always sooner than expected. I have never been dissatisfied with anything about this company.
