I've placed 2 orders with Quality Glass… Great Experience. I've placed 2 orders with Quality Glass Engraving (total 6 items) and both times, I was contacted by graphics with a proof soon after the order was placed and then received my finished products not long after that. Customer service and graphics were pleasant and professional. Products arrived very well packaged, and the bowls are beautiful.

Quality Glass Engraving did an outstanding job. Quality Glass Engraving did a great job for me. Our friends got engaged at a little place on the beach and we wanted wine glasses engraved with the name of the Restaurant. Everything was easy: we uploaded what engraving we wanted, including a Pelican, and a few weeks later, we got an email & a phone call for us to confirm our acceptance. Francois & I chatted & I confirmed my acceptance & within 2 weeks our glasses arrived. The shower was Sunday and our friends were agog! Kudos to Quality Glass Engraving....and to Francois!

LATE DELIVERY LATE DELIVERY! I ordered engraved glasses in plenty of time for our social gathering, but since the ordering process didn't designate an expected delivery date, I called to see if I needed to adjust my chosen delivery method/speed. I also had listed the date I needed them by in the special instructions when I ordered. Chris assured me that they would be there before the event. I then called a few days before the event because I hadn't heard anything and the website still didn't list an expected delivery date. Chris assured me that he would use 2-day shipping and that they would be there on time. I had to change the delivery location to our venue site, since now they weren't scheduled to arrive until the morning of the event. THEY DIDN'T! Chris sent me a late morning email the day of my event to let me know that they'd be late. So instead we had to drink wine and beer out of plastic cups. It just doesn't matter how nice the glasses were since they weren't there on time for our team members to use. I didn't hear anything further from Chris. This is some of the worst service I've ever received. I'll never order from Quality Glass Engraving again!

Go Somewhere Else Awful experience with this company. Placed an order for custom pint glasses and didn’t get sent our proof. Called a week later and couldn’t get a hold of them. Decided to order from another company due to a time crunch, which was stated from the beginning. Then when offered a full refund since the order was never processed I had to contact them again multiple times because they forgot to process the refund.

PERFECT!! This was my first order from Quality Glass Engraving. The glasses are PERFECT! (Actually, better than I expected!) They look really classy and will be wonderful to use for our clients when they visit our office. Arrived in record time. Will definitely use this company again!!
