This company went above and beyond. This company went above and beyond with customer service. I was nervous about my order getting to me in time for my daughters graduation. My nervousness became multiple emails to check on the progress of my order. Each email was answered the same day with an update on the progress of my order. Needless to say they arrived with plenty of time to spare, and the quality wa s perfect. I highly recommend Qualitu Glass Engraving.

Paid extra, two engravings used the same image twice. I paid extra for two different engraving images. They used the same image on both sides even though I attached two separate images. They did refund the cost of the second engraving image, but it really ruined the gift because the images were designed to go together. Two other glasses I purchased with only one image turned out great.
