Our mugs are absolutely beautiful! Our mugs are absolutely beautiful!! We initially had text and a picture on the front side but when our proofs were sent we realized the picture looked better on the back. Thank you so much for taking the time to send a proof with this recommendation, it turned out so much better than our original design!!

Never received a notice or any… Never received a notice or any correspondence from anyone. Only way I knew my order was received was by checking the charge on my credit card. Did not get a chance to approve before production. Ordered 6 vases, air bubbles in all of them. The engraving in two of the vases two letters were closed , solid g and a . In another vase air bubble appears in the last place you would like , it looks like a punctuation mark where one should not be.

Go Somewhere Else Awful experience with this company. Placed an order for custom pint glasses and didn’t get sent our proof. Called a week later and couldn’t get a hold of them. Decided to order from another company due to a time crunch, which was stated from the beginning. Then when offered a full refund since the order was never processed I had to contact them again multiple times because they forgot to process the refund.

This company went above and beyond. This company went above and beyond with customer service. I was nervous about my order getting to me in time for my daughters graduation. My nervousness became multiple emails to check on the progress of my order. Each email was answered the same day with an update on the progress of my order. Needless to say they arrived with plenty of time to spare, and the quality wa s perfect. I highly recommend Qualitu Glass Engraving.

They look gorgeous! Sonya! Received the glasses yesterday and they look amazing! She is going to be so happy, it was an amazing wedding/memory in Italy! Appreciated your little handwritten note on the box, made me laugh Thanks for the timely communications and efficient turnaround
