Simply the Best I first discovered Quality Glass Engraving when it was still Tom's Glassworks. Over the years I've placed a number of orders, generally to get nice decanter and glass sets for wedding or birthday gifts. Most recently I got a flask set and one of the bullet glasses. Without exception, everything I have ordered has been beautiful and wonderfully made. I have never had a mistake or issue with an order. Everything is quality, and shipping is always faster than I would expect given the custom nature of the work. Add to that prices that are more than fair and I don't know what more one could ask for. I have been purchasing here for several years now, and anticipate doing so for several more to come. I'm sure that anyone who places an order will quickly understand what that is.

Quality Glass Engraving did an outstanding job. Quality Glass Engraving did a great job for me. Our friends got engaged at a little place on the beach and we wanted wine glasses engraved with the name of the Restaurant. Everything was easy: we uploaded what engraving we wanted, including a Pelican, and a few weeks later, we got an email & a phone call for us to confirm our acceptance. Francois & I chatted & I confirmed my acceptance & within 2 weeks our glasses arrived. The shower was Sunday and our friends were agog! Kudos to Quality Glass Engraving....and to Francois!

Go Somewhere Else Awful experience with this company. Placed an order for custom pint glasses and didn’t get sent our proof. Called a week later and couldn’t get a hold of them. Decided to order from another company due to a time crunch, which was stated from the beginning. Then when offered a full refund since the order was never processed I had to contact them again multiple times because they forgot to process the refund.

Never received a notice or any… Never received a notice or any correspondence from anyone. Only way I knew my order was received was by checking the charge on my credit card. Did not get a chance to approve before production. Ordered 6 vases, air bubbles in all of them. The engraving in two of the vases two letters were closed , solid g and a . In another vase air bubble appears in the last place you would like , it looks like a punctuation mark where one should not be.
