I did not receive the order although it shows that it was delivered to my address. My original order was lost in transit… My original order was lost in transit and this company sent a replacement right away. They also followed up to make sure that I received the package. The dog tags are nicer than pictured. Will order from this company again.

Had an alaska weather problem buy… Had an alaska weather problem but definitely looking forward to my sweaters for my kid's who lost their dad in August last year. Order not fulfilled but card charged - Update Ordered $90 gift for my daughter for Christmas 28 Nov 2023, Over two weeks and no tracking available, but card charged. Four emails to customer service over 3 days have gone un-answered. No phone number to call. I would give them a zero if able. Wonder if they are a fraudulent company. Will have to seek refund from my CC company and try to find another Christmas gift for my daughter. GSS 24 Dec 2023 - After I first posted this review I finally (after I had sent multiple emails from multiple accounts with no response) received an answer to my request. They said they had no record of my inquiry's. I did receive the product just in the nick of time and the product itself was above expectations. So in summary, Good product, poor customer service initially that FINALLY resulted in a good outcome.

Paid extra to have an item arrive by… Paid extra to have an item arrive by 31st. 3 days later would have e been no extra fee. Item shipped from another country, was not aware my item was international. I purchased from a US company needing and item quicker. Item never showed and tracking was not updated. I contacted the company and was told manufactured in another country, shipped from USA addressed listed on company page. Strange that the shipping label after it arrived well over a week and a 1/2 late. Showed shipping from California. Nothing marches up and the tracking number on the package is different from tracking number they supplied me with. Total SCAM company. Items are poor quality as well.
