GBOrder not fulfilled but card charged - Update Ordered $90 gift for my daughter for Christmas 28 Nov 2023, Over two weeks and no tracking available, but card charged. Four emails to customer service over 3 days have gone un-answered. No phone number to call. I would give them a zero if able. Wonder if they are a fraudulent company. Will have to seek refund from my CC company and try to find another Christmas gift for my daughter. GSS 24 Dec 2023 - After I first posted this review I finally (after I had sent multiple emails from multiple accounts with no response) received an answer to my request. They said they had no record of my inquiry's. I did receive the product just in the nick of time and the product itself was above expectations. So in summary, Good product, poor customer service initially that FINALLY resulted in a good outcome.

GBAbsolutely great! You want be disappointed! Highly pleased with the 3 adorable ornaments I received. The quality is great and such a wonderful keepsake. I ordered a bride/groom ornament last year for a family member and did again this year for another couple. The dinosaur ornament I ordered for a little one was precious! He was so thrilled to see himself riding a dinosaur since that's his favorite thing right now. The other ornament was personalized with name and picture for a baby. I was so excited over them!

GBCredit Card payment went through even with wrong address I ordered from Chillever/Godmerch for the first time. I accidently entered the wrong shipping and mailing address. But the credit card (cc) payment went through even with the wrong details. They really need to enhance the security for cc payments. Plus, they have no phone number to contact. Sent an email and no response. Having to contact my cc company to dispute the charges for refund.

GBChillever did a great job Chillever did a great job! I bought a beautiful blanket for my wife for Christmas. I was initially distraught when the blanket was accidentally shipped to the wrong apartment, due to a minor mishap. However, Chillever was very professional, and helped me solve the issue. I received my blanket!😊

GBPaid extra to have an item arrive by… Paid extra to have an item arrive by 31st. 3 days later would have e been no extra fee. Item shipped from another country, was not aware my item was international. I purchased from a US company needing and item quicker. Item never showed and tracking was not updated. I contacted the company and was told manufactured in another country, shipped from USA addressed listed on company page. Strange that the shipping label after it arrived well over a week and a 1/2 late. Showed shipping from California. Nothing marches up and the tracking number on the package is different from tracking number they supplied me with. Total SCAM company. Items are poor quality as well.
