Absolutely great! You want be disappointed! Highly pleased with the 3 adorable ornaments I received. The quality is great and such a wonderful keepsake. I ordered a bride/groom ornament last year for a family member and did again this year for another couple. The dinosaur ornament I ordered for a little one was precious! He was so thrilled to see himself riding a dinosaur since that's his favorite thing right now. The other ornament was personalized with name and picture for a baby. I was so excited over them!

I mistakenly order one that said love mom instead of love dad. When I asked to just have the sentimental note sent stating love dad and I’d pay for it, Ashley Wilson ( customer service agent) emailed me very rudely. Saying how were we supposed to know you ordered the wrong thing. I never said you should know that. I’m asking if I can purchase a new note for in the box. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and don’t recommend them for any purchases! I know all my friends and family will know to NEVER order from them! Sincerely a very disappointed customer!
