Absolutely great! You want be disappointed! Highly pleased with the 3 adorable ornaments I received. The quality is great and such a wonderful keepsake. I ordered a bride/groom ornament last year for a family member and did again this year for another couple. The dinosaur ornament I ordered for a little one was precious! He was so thrilled to see himself riding a dinosaur since that's his favorite thing right now. The other ornament was personalized with name and picture for a baby. I was so excited over them!

Ordered bracelets for the girls in the… Ordered bracelets for the girls in the family for Christmas. Something they could keep for a long time with the sentimental note. I mistakenly order one that said love mom instead of love dad. When I asked to just have the sentimental note sent stating love dad and I’d pay for it, Ashley Wilson ( customer service agent) emailed me very rudely. Saying how were we supposed to know you ordered the wrong thing. I never said you should know that. I’m asking if I can purchase a new note for in the box. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and don’t recommend them for any purchases! I know all my friends and family will know to NEVER order from them! Sincerely a very disappointed customer!

Paid extra to have an item arrive by… Paid extra to have an item arrive by 31st. 3 days later would have e been no extra fee. Item shipped from another country, was not aware my item was international. I purchased from a US company needing and item quicker. Item never showed and tracking was not updated. I contacted the company and was told manufactured in another country, shipped from USA addressed listed on company page. Strange that the shipping label after it arrived well over a week and a 1/2 late. Showed shipping from California. Nothing marches up and the tracking number on the package is different from tracking number they supplied me with. Total SCAM company. Items are poor quality as well.

Order not fulfilled but card charged - Update Ordered $90 gift for my daughter for Christmas 28 Nov 2023, Over two weeks and no tracking available, but card charged. Four emails to customer service over 3 days have gone un-answered. No phone number to call. I would give them a zero if able. Wonder if they are a fraudulent company. Will have to seek refund from my CC company and try to find another Christmas gift for my daughter. GSS 24 Dec 2023 - After I first posted this review I finally (after I had sent multiple emails from multiple accounts with no response) received an answer to my request. They said they had no record of my inquiry's. I did receive the product just in the nick of time and the product itself was above expectations. So in summary, Good product, poor customer service initially that FINALLY resulted in a good outcome.

I ordered a picture of Jesus walking on… I ordered a picture of Jesus walking on water on the beach and it arrived fast and I was very pleased with size and overall picture. I had a small issue that happened with expansion of photo that happened to face area. I emailed my concern and they quickly responded and then rushed a new picture out and it was PERFECT! Will definitely order from again! Thank you for a good experience! Excellent customer service!
