Order not fulfilled but card charged - Update Ordered $90 gift for my daughter for Christmas 28 Nov 2023, Over two weeks and no tracking available, but card charged. Four emails to customer service over 3 days have gone un-answered. No phone number to call. I would give them a zero if able. Wonder if they are a fraudulent company. Will have to seek refund from my CC company and try to find another Christmas gift for my daughter. GSS 24 Dec 2023 - After I first posted this review I finally (after I had sent multiple emails from multiple accounts with no response) received an answer to my request. They said they had no record of my inquiry's. I did receive the product just in the nick of time and the product itself was above expectations. So in summary, Good product, poor customer service initially that FINALLY resulted in a good outcome.

Epic fail for Father's day gift Tshirt was ordered in size Large...actual size when arrived was a medium when I compared it to other t-shirts in size Large. Once the shirt was washed, it shrank immensely! Was thoroughly disappointed in this product. The color print on the fabric was so light you could not read the personalized print. So sad that a gift ordered for a grandfather's first father's day is a total bust.

Ordered bracelets for the girls in the… Ordered bracelets for the girls in the family for Christmas. Something they could keep for a long time with the sentimental note. I mistakenly order one that said love mom instead of love dad. When I asked to just have the sentimental note sent stating love dad and I’d pay for it, Ashley Wilson ( customer service agent) emailed me very rudely. Saying how were we supposed to know you ordered the wrong thing. I never said you should know that. I’m asking if I can purchase a new note for in the box. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and don’t recommend them for any purchases! I know all my friends and family will know to NEVER order from them! Sincerely a very disappointed customer!

Communication and product are great They kept in touch, got me the article as quickly as they could, and followed up when the post office mistakenly delivered it elsewhere. The shirt is awesome. Will definitely do business again with them and recommend them.
