Amazing customer service, beautiful balloon Ben went above and beyond to get a balloon delivered to me next day, it was a very important delivery and Evri very nearly fluffed it up but Ben also sorted that out, PHEW! very stressful but I got the beautiful balloon I ordered for my bestfriends Twin baby shower within 24 hours of ordering. I was so incredibly grateful and the balloon was beautiful 😍 amazing customer service, can't thank you enough ❤️

Loved them. My daughter was over the moon with her personalized balloon surprise. I think she loved them more than anything else I'd organized including the cocktails I'd ordered her. She was especially keen to know that I'd picked a company that cares about the environment. Living in NZ, the process for ordering was easy and everything arrived as per my instructions. Avoid at all costs 😠 Save your money and go somewhere else! Balloons came earlier than the date it was due for, one balloon came flat already and balloons were upside down. Company take no responsibility and have an excuse for everything when they clearly can’t tie balloons properly. Worst experience ever!
