Loved them. My daughter was over the moon with her personalized balloon surprise. I think she loved them more than anything else I'd organized including the cocktails I'd ordered her. She was especially keen to know that I'd picked a company that cares about the environment. Living in NZ, the process for ordering was easy and everything arrived as per my instructions. They made her lockdown birthday. Thank you. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Poor Customer Service No Delivery I placed an order for my sons 21st Birthday Party, no balloon's arrived, cost £59,99, total embarrassment on my sons birthday. The customer service guy made every excuse to blame DPD delivery, they took no responsibility and excuse after excuse .. there is no one answering the phone, my order was clear, in plenty of time and the date was confirmed .. scam company, will never use them again. Party on don’t response just do the right thing and take responsibility, words are cheap.

Never ordered from before but ordered a… Never ordered from before but ordered a clear bubble balloon with pink balloons inside and went with gold writing on outside for my sisters 50 th birthday. I then decided on a second box to fit inside original box incase of any damage after I completed my order and customer service were very helpful in sorting it out for me can’t fault them Balloon arrived safely and on time undamaged And popped out of box on cue when my sister opened it.. she was happy and stunned as it looked amazing with glittery weight weighing it down.. awesome balloons and awesome website ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will definitely buy from again..

Don’t use Don’t use Ordered balloons paid extra for specific day only half arrived on day required on calling then was told you have to allow extra 24hrs even though you spent extra £8.99 on delivery asked for refund as will arrive too late was told can’t the other balloons will arrive next day, they still haven’t arrived and they are now ignoring my emails spent a total of £73.00 and all I got was 2 number balloons

Avoid at all costs 😠 Save your money and go somewhere else! Balloons came earlier than the date it was due for, one balloon came flat already and balloons were upside down. Company take no responsibility and have an excuse for everything when they clearly can’t tie balloons properly. Worst experience ever!
