Amazing customer service, beautiful balloon Ben went above and beyond to get a balloon delivered to me next day, it was a very important delivery and Evri very nearly fluffed it up but Ben also sorted that out, PHEW! very stressful but I got the beautiful balloon I ordered for my bestfriends Twin baby shower within 24 hours of ordering. I was so incredibly grateful and the balloon was beautiful 😍 amazing customer service, can't thank you enough ❤️

Avoid at all costs Awful products, appalling customer service and a dreadful and insulting experience from start to finish. They only got one star because I was unable to give any lower. Please avoid at all costs and save your time, money and energy on a company, which seems intent on becoming embroiled in being right rather than doing the right thing.

Avoid at all costs 😠 Save your money and go somewhere else! Balloons came earlier than the date it was due for, one balloon came flat already and balloons were upside down. Company take no responsibility and have an excuse for everything when they clearly can’t tie balloons properly. Worst experience ever!

Excellent Service Always going the extra mile! A huge thank you to Rhianne and all the team at Party On Balloons. I have ordered many balloons but most recently had a very special occasion which required two WoW factor balloons. Rhianne was superb responding to all my emails and providing great advice, the team really did go the extra mile. The balloons looked amazing in the Fellows Garden at Balliol, Oxford.
