Shame they use DPD because you will pay for a balloon that you won’t receive Wouldn’t know how to rate this business as the balloon I ordered for my friends 30th birthday never arrived! Ordered to an office address and DPD “attempted delivery” even though there were receptionists on site, never called or tried and the took the balloon away again. Party on seemed initially helpful but since requesting a refund I have heard nothing more from them! £36 VERY BADLY SPENT. will not order from here again.

Fantastic balloons, great communication I ordered a balloon for my Mum's 70th and it was even nicer than the photo when it arrived. She was delighted with it. There was a slight delay with delivery (by a few hours) and someone was in touch with me at the earliest opportunity - keeping me up to date and refunding the extra I'd paid for delivery by a certain time. Excellent customer service. Would use again.

Poor Customer Service No Delivery I placed an order for my sons 21st Birthday Party, no balloon's arrived, cost £59,99, total embarrassment on my sons birthday. The customer service guy made every excuse to blame DPD delivery, they took no responsibility and excuse after excuse .. there is no one answering the phone, my order was clear, in plenty of time and the date was confirmed .. scam company, will never use them again. Party on don’t response just do the right thing and take responsibility, words are cheap.

Loved them. My daughter was over the moon with her personalized balloon surprise. I think she loved them more than anything else I'd organized including the cocktails I'd ordered her. She was especially keen to know that I'd picked a company that cares about the environment. Living in NZ, the process for ordering was easy and everything arrived as per my instructions. They made her lockdown birthday. Thank you. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
