Contacted Company and wanted me to send the product back for testing can anyone begin to tell me how you test a faulty balloon, coincidence maybe that's where they will say it is damaged. I have full pictures and videos of the balloon, to show how it came. When contacting them they are more concerned about covering own back and any bad reviews they delete, anyone else find this weird? Come on Party On Balloons lets address this instead of conning customers.

Fabulous balloon company Fabulous balloon company. I initially gave them the wrong delivery address! They sorted me out without any fuss. Such a relief. The recipiant loved her special 80th personalised balloon and more than 2 weeks later she says it is as good as the day it was delivered! Great quality balloons and excellent customer service. Poor Customer Service No Delivery I placed an order for my sons 21st Birthday Party, no balloon's arrived, cost £59,99, total embarrassment on my sons birthday. The customer service guy made every excuse to blame DPD delivery, they took no responsibility and excuse after excuse .. there is no one answering the phone, my order was clear, in plenty of time and the date was confirmed .. scam company, will never use them again. Party on don’t response just do the right thing and take responsibility, words are cheap.

Great service, will shop with them again Made an order the day before requested delivery date and they were able to fulfil it with no issues. Good communication from Customer service who called me let me know about changes they had to make to the business logo I wanted on the balloon and they were able to make a last min amendment to the delivery address. The balloon arrived on time and the recipient loved it! Thank you
