I then decided on a second box to fit inside original box incase of any damage after I completed my order and customer service were very helpful in sorting it out for me can’t fault them Balloon arrived safely and on time undamaged And popped out of box on cue when my sister opened it.. she was happy and stunned as it looked amazing with glittery weight weighing it down.. awesome balloons and awesome website ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will definitely buy from again..

Ours arrived packaged carefully and exactly as the photo showed on the site. I hesitated at first because it seemed like a big pay out but I wouldn't hesitate again. All the larger metallic and bespoke balloons are still going strong one week later and our 10 year old was delighted with them. Order now! You won't regret it.

Loved them. My daughter was over the moon with her personalized balloon surprise. I think she loved them more than anything else I'd organized including the cocktails I'd ordered her. RUBBISH COMPANY AND RUBBISH SERVICE RUBBISH COMPANY AND RUBBISH SERVICE. Received Product, was faulty the next day without being moved. Contacted Company and wanted me to send the product back for testing can anyone begin to tell me how you test a faulty balloon, coincidence maybe that's where they will say it is damaged. I have full pictures and videos of the balloon, to show how it came. When contacting them they are more concerned about covering own back and any bad reviews they delete, anyone else find this weird? Come on Party On Balloons lets address this instead of conning customers.
