They have the unpopular birthday characters! I was initially nervous about buying products from this company as I’ve never heard of them. They were the only company that had products for my daughter’s birthday party so I figured I’d give them a try and if I lose my money, I’ll know for next year. The product was exactly what it said it would be online. I also chose standard delivery and it came before the standard delivery time which was great. If I knew before that the company was legit I would have ordered more stuff. Totally recommend.

Usually good but cheap product this time I love ordering from Birthday in a Box as the prices are great and it ships so quickly. Reason for 4 stars is the rubix cubes fell apart as soon as my son tried playing with them (tried 2 different ones from the bag) and now I don’t feel I can use them as party bag gifts. I guess I get what I paid for.

I'm missing 4 sets of Monster Jam Grave… I'm missing 4 sets of Monster Jam Grave Dinner Dinner Plates. I've sent numerous of emails and haven't heard back from anyone. Don't advertise that you respond to emails within 24 hours when that's a lie. I would like to get it replace or refunded.

Great experience I was a little nervous to order from here after reading some reviews but I took a risk and I am extremely satisfied. I did not order any personalized items or have any reason to deal with customer service so I cannot review those parts of the company. What I did order was received after only a few days and it’s a great quality and condition. I got most of it on sale cheaper than I would’ve paid on Amazon or party city and it seems to be of better quality.

Ordered two dozen of plastic sharks Ordered two dozen of plastic sharks, one showed up as described but the other dozen was a completely different thing. They both came together so I don’t understand where the confusion was. At least it showed up on time.
